This illustration shows the Page Definition. A page is the basic building block of an application. You use the Page Definition to view, create, and edit the components that define a page.

By default, the Page Definition is divided into three sections. The left section, Page Rendering, lists page level attributes as well as any UI controls and logic that is executed at the time the page is rendered. The middle section, Page Processing, lists the logic controls (such as computations and processes) that are evaluated and executed when the page is processed. The far right section, Shared Components, lists common components that display on every page within an application.
