This is a screen shot of the Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) window that allows you to set the JVM Parameters within the Memory tab.
The Memory tab is selected. Within the Memory tab, the Custom radio button is selected, which enables four fields for you to set memory usage. For each field, you can enter the number by typing or by using the up and down arrows to the right of the field. Further to the right of the field, you can use a drop down menu to select the range for the setting, such as M Bytes, K Bytes, and so on. The fields for memory setting are as follows:

Below the entry fields, the total of the four settings is displayed. In the example, Total Memory for Oracle: 89 M Bytes.
