Embedding ActiveX Controls

Microsoft Internet Explorer lets authors embed ActiveX controls in Web pages. The following controls are bundled with I.E. release 3:

Label. Display text at any angle.
Marquee. Slide, scroll, or bounce text.
Menu. Menu button or pull-down menu.
Popup Menu. Triggered by PopUp method.
Popup Window. Displays HTML docs.
Preloader. Preload docs into browser cache.
Stock Ticker. Display changing data.
Timer. Invoke events periodically.
