Dette vil innebære endringer i /etc/lilo.conf og reinstallasjon av LILO. Følgende bør allerede være i /etc/lilo.conf
boot=/dev/hda
Linux stanzaen skal også allerede være der:

root=/dev/hdc1
label=Linux
# End Linux stanza
Legg til Windows 95 stanzaen:
# Windows 95 stanza
other=/dev/hda1
table=/dev/hda
label=Windows95
# End Windows 95 stanza
Legg til NT stanzaen:
# Windows 95 stanza
other=/dev/hdb1
table=/dev/hda
loader=/boot/any_d.b
label=WindowsNT
# End Windows 95 stanza
Kjør LILO igjen. Hvis alt er som det skal skal du nå kunne velge mellom Windows 95, NT og Linux i LILO. Du skal være i stand til å boote Linux og Windows 95 (som skal starte NT OS loaderen) For å få NT oppføringa til å fungere er det fortsatt litt som må gjøres.
