Most of the pixmaps needed for xfm are supplied with the distribution.
However, there are others available--maybe already on your system--poke around. Also, some others can be found at ftp.x.org in R5contrib/xpm3icons.tar.Z, or you can make some with xpaint.
xless, a file viewer, is available at sunsite in /pub/Linux/X11/xutils.
